They held my hand and easily took me to the closing table.
Extremely helpful at all times of the day/night. Made things possible when, they looked impossible. Communication, and service was top of the line.
Katie was great but I was in most contact with her assistant Kia. She was great. Always getting back to me as soon as I asked a question. If she didn’t know she would find out and let me know quickly.

Communication was awesome, everything was very quick. Stress free on getting my interest rate. If I didn’t understand something, someone would explain it to me so I could better understand it. Everyone was very patient as well.
