More vocal/ phone communication. Too many processors working on my loan. Documentation nightmare and resending of documentation when there was a personnel change. Interest rate and lock in was difficult but not in AM’s control.
Katie kept us informed the whole way.

Better communication would’ve been great. The sellers almost backed out , they were down to one day of backing out. Mainly because of the communication of the lenders. So they would’ve lost their home in Louisiana and the buyers here in Florida...
