Katie goes above and beyond the call of duty! Gets the information to clients same day, calms the client anxiety and agents anxiety as well. Friendly and welcoming keeps all parties abreast of all information!!
As always Katie is on top of everything and provides updates in a timely manner. I don't need to worry about this part of the transaction because she has it covered!
I am not a computer person so was hard to fill out paperwork.
