Katie is very nice. Apparently we were difficult to service as we are retired and were qualifying based on assets. She should have told us upfront that this was going to be an issue. Instead, we had countless rounds of difficulties and disappointments....

Katie was responsive , prompt and professional. She was able to get us pre-approved for an offer in under 24 hours! Highly recommend working with her, she'll get the job done and then some!
