Clear on what was needed and when.
Kathy was always one step ahead of me when it came to the process. She always kept me up to date and made the whole process seamless.
The buyer switched lenders after the purchase agreement was signed, which is always concerning for the sellers. Kathy did a great job in pushing the process to completion and closing on time!
