First appraisal was low, had to wait to get it straightened out. Not Kathy's fault.
Great customer service! ! Kathy was wonderful to work with and gave me weekly updates on the loan process. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Kathy was always available to explain the process and was very clear on presenting all options
Kathy was very responsive. I always new she would respond to any questions I had. The HECM loan is very different and she was patient in explaining it to us and also to well-meaning and uninformed family members.
