As self-employed folks, getting a mortgage is nebulous, and Kathryn helped us immensely in walking through the process of additional requirements beyond "normal" mortgages. I would not hesitate to contact her again.

This was for a refinance. Kathryn and her staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. This is the 2nd time that we have used her services.

working with kathryn and her team was a good process. I'm typically overwhelmed with real estate transactions and they helped me through it, answered questions and did a great job.
