Kept us up to date on rate changes. Made sure all our questions were answered. Got us to the right person whether it was the builder, the real estate agent, or the insurance agent.

Kathryn and her team have always been helpful and professional with us and made meeting our mortgage needs a good experience.

The use of technology was a huge plus. I was able to conduct the entire transaction from my laptop. Kathryn was extremely transparent and helpful.

Kathryn and Katie were outstanding throughput entire process. Responsive and helpful on eve grind as communicated well with us and the other members of the process.

You guys had to have our loan ready within a couple of weeks, quickly followed through, and were so great with answering any question and helping us gather the needed paperwork. The online format made it easy to figure out what was needed.
