Constant updates on where things were standing on the lender's level, allowing us to respond and be on top of everything from the beginning of pre-approval to closing.
Kathy was extremely responsive day or night and weekends too! She kept me updated every step of the way and works great under pressure. She was introduced to me by my client and I will definitely be recommending Kathy to future buyers.
