Kept me informed of the progress of the whole refinance. Explained things well. Answered questions very quickly when I had them.
Friendliness, timely communication
Process took too long. Too many requirements and documents needed.
Kathleen was so helpful and on top of everything. She helped make the process much less stressful and anticipated potential issues so we could be prepared and mitigate them as much as possible. We got an AMAZING rate as well!
