Katie was on top of everything. Stayed in constant contact with me about the process and what was happening. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She was also very kind and patient. Very nice to talk with her!
Timely responses on how the process works always a direct answer
All aspects of our refinance were handled in a timely manner. We had issues with a previous company and the loan officer worked through those problems.
