There was a hardpull done mistakenly when it was not supposed to be done and our credit scores were impacted and which in turn got us lower rates.
It was a little more difficult as I was out of state. The job was done and all documents were signed. They did a great job.

Didn't interact over phone even after multiple requests. Only email exchanges which was time consuming. I gave a lead by referring my friend but it was not effectively utilized
