Not Karen's fault!!! She stuck with us through the many faults of our Builder. She rates an excellent .. The whole experience, however was not fun.

She made me feel very comfortable when speaking with her. Explain things in a way that easy to understand. Was always readily available to answer questions. Her assistant Loni was it also a huge house
If i was more familiar with the process.
Miss Rayfield explained everything to me to where I was able to understand. I have not done this before. Thank you Miss Rayfield.
The process is lengthy and you must have a lot of patience when obtaining a reverse mortgage.
Karen was very professional and took time to explain how the FHA H4P loan worked. She was very responsive to both phone and email communications. I felt like she cared about helping me and did her very best to get me through the approval process...
