Good video explanations of the process. Would have liked sample loan legal to be presented at the beginning of the process rather than having to review everything the day of signing.
Video notes were impressive - so nice to have a mini video "email" from Karen explaining initial loan programs, etc, in a real, down to earth, unscripted way. Really shows her depth of knowledge. Then my husband and I could re-watch to remember...
