Karen worked diligently and successfully to coordinate and obtain approval our mortgage despite changing circumstances. She is very detailed oriented, which provided us with confidence that we were in good hands.
Karen was fantastic. She was patient when I did not understand certain terminology and was able to explain it in a way I could understand. She was on top of everything and timely in her task management. I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
Process to prove accounts that were in my name actually belonged to me was tiresome. I know others that received home loans at the same time through other companies that did not have the same trouble that I did.
