Maybe a little more phone conversations with upates/requests and less through email... might make the process easier to understand and more smooth

Lack of communication from Kara and her local manager; neither would return a call until we got someone higher up involved.if I have a buyer and she is their lender, I will definitely be telling them about my terrible experience.

I was helping my daughter with the home loan. Kara made it very easy. Even with all the hurdles, which I understand comes with a loan like this, she was able to guide us through it very easily.

Tell us our monthly payment months in advance. Stop asking over and over for stuff. Get it together
The underwriters where impossible! But Kara hung in there and was very patient with me through the underwriters demands! She talked to me like a real professional.
