Kara made the process very simple. Most documents were esign. She called prior to each email being sent and explained what it was for, mailing for a quick and easy refinance.

Kara made the process simple and easy. Anytime I was fumbling with a problem she was a phone call away and always VERY HELPFUL. I couldn’t have asked for better service with my refinance.

Kara was great. The refi went far smoother than I anticipated and Kara was there every step of the way from initial docs through following up after closing. She is our go-to now.
