I had no idea what I got myself into regarding the new standards for a mortgage, but Kaitlyn walked us through the entire process making it much easier.

There was little to no communication. It felt as tho we had to do her job for her if we wanted to get our house. She it seemed she was never in the office. We had to send the same documents to her several times. We closed on our house two months...

Kaitlyn made our first home buying experience a breeze! She was quick to respond to questions, and she made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Being a first-time home buyer, I appreciated how Kaitlyn "dumbed down" the process to make it as easy as possible. She responded to any panicked calls and emails quickly and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Not only was communication between Kaitlyn and me and husband, almost non existant, but the communication between Kaitlyn and Paris and the rest of the staff tasked to handle our account was absolutely none. We were given he wrong information...

Kaitlyn explained everything to us very well . Kaitlyn was also prompt in getting back to me for any questions I had .

Kaitlyn was available 24 hours a day when I had a question, and she graciously and patiently explained things to me that I didn't understand.
