Kaitlyn was always prompt when we had questions and she kept us up to date on all the information and timetables we needed to complete our loan.

Kaitlyn was very informative and communicated well throughout the entire process. Everything went smooth and fast!

Both kaitlyn and Kendra accommodated my schedule and dealt with scattered communications to help me get everything done with minimal frustrations. The process is stressful in general but they did well in not complicating anything.

During the process the communication was decent. Most of it came from Kendra Lux, not Kaitlyn. Once we reached closing, communication was non-existent. We were told by the closing company to expect something from the bank in regards to setting...
