Billy, as well as everyone else at NFM lending, were all very helpful in walking us through the financial process of buying our first home!
I'm withholding my final opinion for the new mortgage to take effect, if the parent as promised is realized then I will completely satisfied, but if it's not I could see a different perspective. Hopefully the new lower payment is accurate.
Justus and team made the process very easy. They took care of everything and always kept me informed of progress.
They were excellent with a very short and tight timeframe. Their excellence is very impressive! We are so appreciative of their professionalism and concern and speed.
