We were not kept informed on the status of our loan request and had to follow up multiple times to get updates. At the end of the day we didn’t even taking out the loan we had intended to because the process was taking too long.
Great team. Available late evening for us that work late jobs. Easy process to follow.
Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. If I had a question or concern, Justus would always call me right back to address those questions and/or concerns. Anytime there were updates to my loan, I would receive an email and/or text with...
