Justin is always available via phone and is very helpful and diligent in explaining terms and ensuring that his clients have a full understanding. I’d recommend to first time home buyers.

Slow to communicate when there were delays and issues. More proactivity would be better. I trust Justin to get the job done, but putting it down to the last minute causes way to much unneeded stress on the buyers
Justin was very helpful and assured us of our approval and what we needed to do from our first conversation all the way to closing!

I personally do not check my email often and I felt from the some of the members not including Justin that they would email me, maybe even multiple times, but give me no notice that they did which as a person who doesn't work in an office setting...
