They all were very easy to work with . They responded to my questions and concerns quickly! Kimberly Odell was very helpful on helping me get all the correct paperwork and information in.

Communication from Kimberly and Justin went well- until the most critical time - the closing!! My husband remained in contact with both Kim and Justin throughout the process and they were diligent with their response time until the day before....

It took too long to get final figures for closing and they were 6000 dollars over. Should not have happened that way.

Communication was very one-sided. Our questions were not answered in a timely manner, but when something was needed from us we would get multiple emails and phone calls. We had no response from the processor for almost a week. I understand...
