Response times were incredibly slow
He was friendly and very professional.
Justin spent much time trying to resolve problems with technical issues I had. I especially had problems with the e signature and e notary part of the process. I felt he was very patient and provided excellent customer service.
The customer service team that assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and stuck with me all the way through the process.
