    Julie was super responsive. I'm pretty sure she works 60+ hours/week as she's always available for a call. Super helpful by providing several options and explaining everything, especially for first time home buyers.

    At times the communication with Julie was confusing. Some of her writing in emails was not clear and we had asked her to call us when there were important time sensitive matters to discuss but she only used email.
