Quick, efficient and direct on docs needed to approve and close.

Julie made it easy and fun. Addressed any questions comments or concerns. As this is my second time through with her, I'd be hard pressed to go to anyone else in the future.

Just inherently a frustrating thing to do, with variable rates and surprising fees on the back end related to appraisal (which we were told would be waived) and title fees and insurance.

Everything was smooth, easy, and fast.

Julie’s promptness and thoroughness. We are first time home buyers, a young couple, and buying in a competitive market before the year’s end. Julie and the team were wonderful in guiding us through the process.
