Not Movement's "fault", just an overwhelming amount of paperwork, apparently due somewhat to Washington State requirements.
It seems that some information was requested multiple times. I.e. asking for banking data, then asking for statements, then a asking for statements again. Some of this was because the initial application used data from a prior application....

Excellent communication at all stages of the process.
Made a seemingly complicated process relatively painless.
Team was always accessible. It didn’t matter if I needed numbers run on a weekend after seeing a home I liked or in the evening to review docs. Darcy and Shimron were both amazing and very helpful!
