Great customer service: prompt and concise communications to customer, throughout the process.
Joyce was Outstanding! She ensured I had understood the Reverse Loan process and kept me informed and knowledgeable, all along the way. I felt a lot more comfortable and confident, AAG knowing she had my Best interests at heart.
Process takes to long. Two many people to work with. Far to much paper work hard for computer illiterate older folks. I found the whole process very stressful. If not for Joyce I would have been lost.
It was more than I expected it. All of my needs were satisfied. I enjoyed the experience having Joyce Murray as my Loan Officer. She was courteous and kind.
