    This is the second time I have established a Reverse Mortgage with Joyce.The first time was 2014. Redoing the Reverse Mortgage increased my Credit Line and lowered the interest rate. Everything went well.

    The only issue was how long it took from the time we applied for the loan until it actually funded seemed excessive. All other aspects of the process was outstanding to include our involvement with you (Joyce).

    Returned phone calls were prompt. Loan was closed in a prompt amount of time. Paper work was way too much at closing and very wordy but that was expected. Certainly was not fault of Joyce Murray. I was very pleased with her handling of all...
