To not have gotten an email on Mother's Day stating our insurance was to be cancelled. Seems whoever made out the paperwork made one tiny mistake and they had to change the listing of wood/hardiboard and there was an additional amount needed...

Quick response time and very reasonable about requests.
Joyce is always easy to deal with.
Bad response time from anyone with swyfft.
I've had much help from Nsure but then it gets past to swyfft and never get a proper responce.
I do not like that they do not have a proper website either. Very unhelpful.
