    I am frustrated with Swyfft lately between the IVANS downloads and billing errors. However, Joyce was VERY helpful and kind. It was definietly a breath of fresh air. Thanks!

    The policy was eventually reinstated. I am uncertain why the system did not notify the customer of the 3 percent fee for paying with a credit card. Due to his premium being high, the fee was about $400.00 of which I would have thought Swyfft...

    If the information I was given would stay the same. I have been trying to get a Mortgagee removed from a policy since 4/11/2024. I was told several different things would be done just to turn around the next day and something else be said.

    Swyft has been great. The only hiccup was because I didn't get an invoice email after my agent reworked the quote.The other issue was that the cancellation notice was sent on 12am Eastern time. This worked out well because I saw the situation...
