Terrible experience. One of the worst managed deals I have seen from a lender.

I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
I received very little communication from the lender directly. We were told false information numerous times like stating we could close a week early and that the appraisal came back with no conditions but then our week of closing were met...
