Faster responses. You guys changed my attorney and i had to use your attorney instead of mine or wait more month. Had to sign same document several times. Not very pleasant experience so far. Hopefully it get better as it goes forward.

Actually honored quoted rate and closed in 30 days, was worried it was a scam to take $500 based on BBB complaints and previous federal lawsuits. Turned out the company has turned a corner and honors their quotes and timelines.
