Maybe a little faster response on things.
My husband did most of the work but when Josh needed something it was nice to receive texts and to communicate via text messaging during the day. Josh also was available evenings and on weekends to help answer questions for us.
The communication was great and knowing we were in good hands.
Our loan process was difficult, due to reasons outside of Josh’s control. However he was easy to get ahold of and put the effort in to work everything out.
Joshua was patient and responsive to our questions and needs. I feel like he did a great job of communicating with me and my wife.
Joshua kept me informed every step of the way. The process was very long but Joshua let me know he was on it all the time. His communication made the process great for me.
