    Joshua was a pleasure to work with, and very helpful. The whole loan process was very easy - until it came time to sign the loan papers with the Notary. So many signatures required. That was brutal! But all in all, it was a good experiance....

    The terms of this loan with all of its 160 pages are very onerous It's amazing that the ads say that the reverse mortgage is there to help but the rate and the terms of a variable rate mortgage are higher than the 30 yr fixed to borrow my own...
