I guess I would have liked a better explanation of how long and how much information (not necessarily for underwriting) it would take to get approved. Possibly, the attorney was part of the problem, but a little more clarity would have helped....

The team was lovely and very quick to respond, and handled major delay with no complaints (even when it necessitated repeating processes).
Great customer service that kept me informed from start to finish. Plus no issues at closing, everything went very smoothly.
