The process was very long due to various issues with the homes we were looking at , however Josh stayed patient the whole time and worked hard at every turn to make it work.

Will never use anybody else. Josh was great to work with. Josh takes pride in his work and it shows. He was able to close our mortage in 21 days flawlessly. He took every call or text promptly. If you don't use Josh, you are missing out.
