Josh is available 24/7 and awnsered any questions we had . He did a great job driving down the price of the refinance . Only a couple hiccups with miscommunication between us and him but overall a great experience .

He went over and above the Call of Duty, being self-employed makes it a little more difficult to get a traditional mortgage, but Joshua really worked some magic to make everything happen, he and his team were great! Can't say enough good things...
