Joshua Holman

Josh, Jessica, and Jill were great to work with and always available for any questions.

Everything was made crystal clear and there wasn’t any unjustified pressure, also the constant communication and respecting my requests for means of communication was very important.

Joshua & Team Holman was very communicative, very efficient and expedient throughout the loan process, we couldn’t be happier with the outstanding level of professional service we received,”thank you Joshua”

Josh always stayed in contact with us and made the whole buying experience super easy!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Great communication and always made you feel at ease through the whole process. Got the funding through way before the closing date as well!!

Consistent communication even if it was just to check on how we were doing , if we had any questions or needed anything. Although a big decision such as buying a house can be very stressful and confusing, the team was available without hesitation...

Joshua and his team are very skilled at what they do and make things much easier for the customer.

The upfront talk in the beginning were conflicting between Josh and Jessica’s statements. But the rest of this experience was wonderful while moving forward through Jill and Josh.
