Joshua Holman

Josh was a real professional when dealing with us. He knew what he was doing and walked us through every scenario we had available. At the end of the day couldn’t be happier with summit funding.

Everything was so simple. Josh provided us with a list of the items he would be needing and that was all we had to do. Very easy and quick. He kept us updated on the timeline and closed on schedule.

Joshua and his team are very friendly and dedicated to the customers needs. They were able to Taylor a loan to fit our budget and made the process easy.

Everything was straightforward, smooth, and went quickly

Joshua kept me in the loop thru out the transaction, and met all his timelines. Trish O'Connell Intero

Great service, timely responses.

Mr. Holman Is amazing. He wasn’t only present through every step but he listened. If there was a problem or a situation that I didn’t understand he was there every time I called. His presentation is thorough! I’m going to refer Mr. Joshua Holman...

He said he could do a fast closing and he delivered!

Josh and his team worked really hard every step of the way. Our first time homebuying process was excellent. We were informed of every step, and felt incredibly comfortable with the whole process. There was definitely a personalized touch.
