Josh is knowledgeable, communicative and extremely helpful. This loan was pulled from another loan officer and handed to josh to “fix” ans he got it done quickly ! It was not an easy file .

Easy to talk to and understand!

Working with Josh was wonderful. He is a very positive person and was very quick to comfort when hangups did happen. We looked for the right house for more than 18 months and through it all he was patient, kind, and encouraging.
