Joshua Haddad was the key reason I didn't get discouraged in the whole process. Every email text or call was answered. Every question answered and explained. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.
Too many additional requests for too many documents - many of which were requested at the last minute, including 10 minutes before closing as I was DRIVING to the closing office. Unacceptable.
Joshua was very responsive and professional. He also made things easier to understand when I wasn’t sure about something. He also helped me get to where I was comfortable with as far as rates and costs.
Cinthia was fantastic. She knew all the answers and worked with me the whole way.
