Getting approval and our closing package was very easy and quick. However, I will say on the tech side of the App and quick updates for items needed seemed to be a tad off.

Josh was always very responsive and worked around my time frame. Whenever i had a question he was able to explain it easily and was always there to answer any questions i had no matter if it was stupid or not.
