    My only complaint is the lack of interaction & how everything was put in emails or online videos. Buying a house for the first time is very scary & there’s tons of info. Having someone explain is a good personal touch.

    Communication about the appraisal and underwriting process would have been helpful. Weeks would go by without any news and it made the house buying process even more nerve wracking.
