Great experience and very helpful. Josh not only asked questions he was willing to teach me along the way. I was usually able to contact him with a quick response.

Josh was professional, really nice, and very patient. In the mist of my high anxiety (1st time homeowner) he kept calm and answered all my questions (sometimes twice). He made this process pretty easy for me.
