Josh has a fantastic communication skills and he is very pleasant.
Josh was simply amazing. He made things very easy and took the time to answer every question I had. He was friendly and did great when it came to communicating with me. Josh really seemed to have my best interest in mind at all times.
Blame shifting during a difficult conversation was the start of problems with Josh. Culminated in his not communicating with us about $2500 extra due a closing it additional document needed to close. Left this to the title company and our realtor....
