Josh, Justice and the rest were great to work with and so patient and helpful. Always there to answer a question. Josh is so knowledgeable and I feel if he can’t find a loan/program to get you qualified it just isn’t happening.
Josh made it happen with way less hassle than we were expecting for our first mortgage ever.
