Josh was very flexible with the way the loan processing happened. Throughout the entire process he was always watching out for me and made sure we were ready to close when the opportunity finally came.

Josh had excellent communication, professionalism, and a get it done attitude. We had some unique challenges due to the home being out of state and atypical, and he got us through every barrier. He is a great loan officer!
