Josh, saved the deal! It was one of the hardest deals to work through with a condo association and he spent hours and weeks getting it done. He is beyond helpful, knowledgable and experienced. I hope to work with him again.

Very responsive, temporary buy down option was great!
Josh demonstrated he was knowledgeable and was reliable. He was helpful in getting a loan in what felt like an impossible situation to get an approval for a home. Would definitely recommend for someone who knows they are ready for a home purchase...
