Josh was very helpful and patient explaining the whole process to us and walking us through it multiple times. Also, he was very responsive and quick to provide any information we needed from him.
Josh was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions as silly as they were at times. He handled all the heavy lifting and made the numbers make sense.
